Returns & Refunds Policy

1. General Information

At ARIA Fine Jewellery, we take great pride in the quality of our pieces and aim to ensure that every purchase meets your expectations. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may be eligible to return it in accordance with the terms outlined below.

2. Returns

2.1. You may return eligible items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

2.2. Returned items must be unworn, with tags, undamaged, and in their original packaging,

2.4. Returns received outside of the 14-day period, or that do not meet the above conditions, may not be accepted.

3. Hygiene Policy for Earrings

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings (including earring sets) are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the item is proven to be faulty or damaged upon receipt.

5. Refunds

5.1. Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding the status of your refund.

5.2. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5.3. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, meaning customers must pay shipping to return, as we are a small business, unless the return is due to an error on our part (for example, a damaged or incorrect item).

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by emailing

ARIA is a small, independent jewellery brand founded by a passionate woman in her twenties, completely self-funded and built from the ground up with a vision to make jewellery that’s affordable, chic, and effortlessly wearable.

At ARIA, we believe luxury shouldn’t come with a high price tag. Our pieces are designed to be fun, versatile, and non-tarnish, so you can wear them every day — from coffee runs to evenings out — without compromise. The founder of Aria herself works with animals daily constantly in water so we understand as a brand no one has time to remove and re apply pieces, as everyday life is simply too busy.

All ARIA jewellery is sourced from a certified, ethical factory, where fair pay and safe working conditions are ensured. We’re proud to collaborate only with partners who uphold values of quality, transparency, and respect.

Every piece is designed to make you feel seen and celebrated, while supporting a brand that is ethical, fairly priced, and created with care.

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Usually packed and ready for shipment within 1-2 business days of ordering. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the weight of items in your order. The total for shipping will always be displayed before payment.
